 Winter Weather Reminder – Snow on the Way! 

Hello Neighbors,

We’re expecting significant snowfall this weekend, so we wanted to share a quick friendly reminder to help keep our community safe and our concrete surfaces in good condition.

 Please do NOT use ice melt or salt on:

• Sidewalks

• Driveway aprons

• Any community concrete surfaces

While we know everyone wants to prevent slipping, these products can cause serious damage to the concrete, especially during freezing and thawing cycles.

 Important Reminder:

Any use of salt or ice melt that results in damage to the concrete will become the homeowner’s responsibility for repair or replacement.

 What you can do instead:

• Use a shovel or broom to remove snow promptly

• Apply sand (if needed) for traction

• Allow sunlight and natural melting when possible
